I guess the question is do I read, do I write a blog post, or do I watch tv? And if the decision is “to read”, then what? The 100+ blogs in my feed reader? Twitter tweets, including the specific hashtags I follow?
From my spot here on the sofa I count 13 books in various states of “read-iness”. One is an interlibrary loan (ILL) due back at the library in a week. And I received an email while I was away at a conference indicating another ILL I’d requested was in. Both books are related to my historical fiction research. Both have short turnaround time compared to books I check out locally.
Looks like 12 of my 13 books will continue to wait. Oh – and there’s the ebooks on my iPhone, too. My Game of Thrones DVDs are calling…
Resistance is futile.
